Model XP2 Digital Pressure Gauge from Crystal Engineering

The digital pressure gauge is a combination of leading edge technology and rugged industrial design. The case, as well as most metal components, are stainless steel. Gaskets seal out dust and water, to NEMA4 and IP66 ratings. Even the DB9, RS-232 connector (without the protective cover) is fully sealed!

Pressure is displayed in up to 9 different pressure scales (PSI, kPa, etc.), on one of the easiest to read, full five digit, liquid crystal display, and there’s a peak capture function. The is so simple to use it doesn’t need or use configuration menus. All 's have a built-in RS232 interface, and they’re available in rear port and panel mounted versions. Although battery life is 1500 hours, 's can also be run from external power.

GaugeCal XP from Crystal Engineering

GaugeCalXP is a self contained, precision hydraulic pressure comparator intended for the calibration of pressure gauges rated up to 700 bar or 10,000 PSI.

Two pressure ports are provided. Connect a reference grade gauge on one port (we recommend an XP2i Digital Pressure Gauge from Crystal Engineering) and the gauge to be tested on the second port. Rotate the handle clockwise until the desired pressure is generated. Then, compare the displayed pressure values between the reference gauge and the gauge under test.

Pressure can be set very quickly and precisely. Gauges can be calibrated in less than ten minutes with 5 to 10 test points, increasing and decreasing pressure. The comparator can be filled with your choice of fluid: water, oil, or isopropyl alcohol.

The GaugeCalXP is much, much faster to use than a deadweight tester, and it's also faster than most automated pressure controllers, but it costs much less than either. It's is so quick and easy to use, it's ideal to calibrate those low cost gauges that are often overlooked for ISO9000 compliance. The features and performance of the GaugeCalXP make it the perfect solution for even your most demanding gauge calibration requirements.

RK and T Series Deadweight Testers from Ametek

The Model RK is a self-regulating pressure standard designed for use in ranges from 4" H2O through 300 psig. An integral weight storage compartment for ranges to 50 psig or equivalent is contained in a cast metal base which houses the workings of the unit (additional weights for ranges above 50 psig or equivalent are packaged in a separate carrying case). The tester comes with a carrying cover of high strength impact-resistant material. The tester base includes a built-in mounting to fit most standard photographic type tripods.

‘Orion’ Pneumatic Pressure Controllers from Condec
