Flexible Pressure Tubing and
Adapters from Ralston
Quick Test Hose assemblies can
be furnished in any length with either a knurled brass nut and probe end or a stainless
steel 1/4" stub end. The hose has an extremely small diameter (.070"), is very
flexible and has a very high pressure rating (6900 psi). This
flexibility, light weight and
high rating make it ideal when high pressure must be transmitted for calibration.
The knurled brass ends utilize a unique 'O'
ring seal to make a fingertight-pressuretight connection to our series of hose adaptors.
Adapters are available for all NPT sizes. In addition a NEW
fingertight calibration fitting is available so you can simply screw
in a device to be calibrated (such as a pressure gauge or transmitter)
without the use of wrenches! Perform a full calibration without
any teflon tape, pipe dope or tools!.
The stainless steel tube stub allows you to
swage on your own ferrules and nut for wrench-tight connection to tube fittings. Both
types of hose end are reinforced with a tension relief spring. |

Pressure
Pumps from SI Instruments
SI
Instruments offers (3) pump models to handle pressures from vacuum to
10,000 psi
1. The TP1-40 generates pressure
up to 600 psi OR vacuum to -29Hg. Made with no plastic parts these pumps are
designed to endure harsh environments unlike competitors disposable models.
These pumps are ideal for use with
electronic calibrators, digital indicators, analog gauges, pressure transmitters,
transducers, relief valves, or similar instrumentation. Our pumps are the most efficient
pumps on the market with the fewest strokes to maximum pressure.
2. HTP1: For
water/hydraulic pressures up to 15,000 psi
3. LTP1: Controls
pressures from vacuum to 30 psi, offering extremely fine resolution
for low pressure devices including inches-of-water
transmitters/gauges. 0.00145 psi sensitivity.
Pumps can be purchased independently, or in a
kit including carrying case, NPT adapters, seals and hoses. |

GaugeCal
XP from Crystal Engineering
The GaugeCaLXP
is a self contained, precision hydraulic pressure comparator intended
for the calibration of pressure gauges rated up to 700 bar or 10,000
PSI.
Two pressure ports are
provided. Connect a reference grade gauge on one port (we recommend an
XP2i Digital Pressure Gauge from Crystal Engineering) and the gauge to
be tested on the second port. Rotate the handle clockwise until the
desired pressure is generated. Then, compare the displayed pressure
values between the reference gauge and the gauge under test.
Pressure can be set
very quickly and precisely. Gauges can be calibrated in less than ten
minutes with 5 to 10 test points, increasing and decreasing pressure.
The comparator can be filled with your choice of fluid: water, oil, or
isopropyl alcohol. |
Features include:
 |
Manual pressure
control up to 10,000 psi |
 |
Self-contained
pressure generation |
 |
Use
with water,
oil, or isopropyl alcohol. |
 |
Ideal
for use with XP2 digital standard (see digital
indicators section of website) |
